Events include conservation activities such as bat monitoring, butterfly walks, badger watches, bug hunts and many more. We have a members' walk at least once a month and other special interest events and trips throughout the year. So why not come along? See the events page for more details. We have close links with other conservation groups such as the Cornwall Wildlife Trust, The Woodland Trust, Looe Voluntary Marine Conservation Area, BBC South West (Breathing Places), Caradon Field and Natural History Club, the Friends of Churchtown Farm, Cornwall Mammal Group, BTCV and other local and environmental organisations. These links enable us to share resources and expertise to ensure that the woodland is both properly managed and remains a Local Nature Reserve (LNR) that the local and wider community have access to.

2017 - WWW Means ‘Woods Watch Walk’, which is our monthly amble through the woods.

Sunday 8 January, Woods Watch Walk. Meet at the Millpool gate at 10.30am.

Thursday 12 January, Improving the Rides with Jenny

This will be supervised by Ranger Jenny, who will provide all necessary tools. Meet at the slightly earlier time of 10am, and bring lunch if you can stay into the afternoon.

Friday 20 January, Dinner with Friends (members only - booking essential). Our annual get-together! This year we have booked the Harbour Moon in West Looe, a super location. They can accommodate up to 30 people, and I would like to think we could fill the restaurant - so put the date in your diary!  Further details, menu, cost etc., will be sent out shortly, so watch your emails.

Friday 10 February, AGM, plus talk (tbc)
